Shipping policy

By placing an order with our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods. We reserve the right to delay shipments for any reason, including but not limited to inventory checks, address verification, or payment issues.

2. Shipping Tiers & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or external factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for the selected shipping tier) will be sent once your order is fulfilled. We are not responsible for tracking updates or delivery issues once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for packages returned due to address errors. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address input by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once tracking shows the item has been shipped or delivered. Claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to ship due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, labor disputes, postal carrier delays, customs holds, or pandemics.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
