Refund policy
Effective Date: April 17, 2025
By placing an order with TALLOWWICK ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following return and refund terms:
1. RETURNS
You may request a return at any time. Returns are only accepted if we have candles available in our designated return stock (not regular store inventory).
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Contact us at help@tallowwick.com within 10 days of delivery.
Include order number and photos.
If approved, we may offer:
A replacement if in stock (not regular store inventory).
Store credit (equal to item price).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Email us within 10 days of delivery if your item is damaged or defective. Include photos and order number.
If approved:
Replacement (if stock is available).
We do not refund original shipping or damage caused by misuse.
4. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up, you are responsible for:
Reshipping fees.
No refund of original shipping.
5. SPECIAL CASES
In rare cases, we may approve returns outside these terms. If so:
A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
